Information and application terms

Number of riders :
Between four and ten riders

Management
Qualified riding teacher

Length of stages :
Between four and six hours ride per day and half an hour walk per day.

Physical ability :
Good physical condition
And good riding level at each pace (walk, trot, gallop)

Accommodation :
Depending on each trek, principally gites or both gites and bivouacs with natural shower.

Logistic :
our wheel drive for the luggage
One of our attendants sets up the horses pen and the bivouac, and is at your disposal for any service or shopping you might need.

Our horses :

Mainly local breeds (anglo-arabs and merens) from our riding farm, our horses work all year long and are perfectly trained and in good condition.

Saddlery :
English saddles

Arrival at the trek departure :

• By car : access map supplied on booking
• By train
: Ax les Thermes (09) then free transfer to the departure point
• By plane
: transfer from Toulouse or Carcassonre (60 euros package)

Prices include :

• night in gîte and evening meal before trekking departure day
• night and breakfast on trekking arrival
• all horses activities
• transfer from Ax les Thermes railway station
• accommodation gîtes and bivouac
• meals ( lunch picnics, warm dinner )
• visit fees (museums and castles) included in the tour
• our professional public liability insurance.

Our prices do not include :

• special treats (drinks in cafes or refuges, personal shopping..)
• transfer from airports (60 euros package)
• your individual insurance (you can buy the French F.F.E. certificate)

Terms of booking and payment:
your email booking is provisional (2 weeks) and becomes real on receipt of your deposit of 30 % of the price, under the condition that the number of riders (4) will be confirmed at least one month before the trekking. Payment has to be settled the day of your arrival at the farm.
